Ift there's any small victory it's that the doc who performed the procedure could actually lose his license. Of course that's while it goes through years of appeals and whatnot...and assuming a court actually has the balls to condemn him.

Knowing how the government operates, it would be some retarded scheme that makes no sense and doesn't work. People born in the same country would jump through all of these hoops or face a forced abortion while people jumping the southern boarder into the US could have their babies in back allies and the government would refuse to kill those babby as well.

Welfare must be pretty good when you have eleventy children. I think P&N had a thread where it worked out that being on welfare with 2 kids often pays a hell of a lot more than minimum wage does. With 14 kids, she probably makes more than a doctor or lawyer.

The Dr that did it had to go before the state board if I remember correct. Not sure if he still is working as a Fert Doc.
