It's official MS, so you don't have to hack around system files to get it working. It's also more polished than your typical 3rd party themes. It's basically Luna with different colors, but it's a nice change from the default 3(not including Classic).

Edit:
It'll set your background to a crappy image, but that's easy enough to change back. Just make sure you have your current desktop saved somewhere so you can reuse it.

Got the background from 4chan and just tweaked the default theme to get it looking how I wanted. The biggest change is just the size of the taskbars, which are stupidly small in the default theme.

Sweet - is that the HAF 932? I've been debating whether to pick that case up, because my current case seems to be running a bit too hot, any thoughts on it?

That case is an Antec 900-Two actually. very nice case, not too expensive, and a front eSata port. I like it, the 1200 version was just a tad too big for me. I have been using that case since I built my Q9550 system last year (which the i7 replaced).
