Such that you can NOT View Images without Outlook Crashing.
Consider you are using MS OST Exchange Files and Click-to-Run from a GMail account.
Believe me, your OST File is NOT corrupt.
Work Off Line with all Virus App's disabled McAfee, MalwareBytes including Defender !
Run your Office "SETUP.EXE" installation and ReBoot
This creates a System Optimization File so you can run REPAIR.
Always - Insure your Virus App's are DISABLED and your are Off Line.
Then OPEN Program & Features a CLK MS Office/Change & Select REPAIR.
ReBoot
Open Outlook and you will get a Sign In Window - 'X' it down.
Go to File/Office Account/UpDate Options and click "Disable UpDates"
A yellow notice appears "Office UpDates - This Product will NOT be UpDated".
Close OutLook and ReBoot.
This will also preserve your Office Exchange OST file and Activation ;o)
NOW you can load your Anti-Virus apps and go Online.
Save for Defender complaining about Skype "Lync.exe" (Disable it in Add-Ons) Unless you Use Skype.
You can now run Disk Cleanup to include Delivery Optimized Files - ReBoot then run CCleaner to clean up the MESS
ReBoot and make a Registry BackUp.

<<WARNING>> DO NOT ENABLE OFFICE AUTO-UPDATE for any version of OFFICE 365 until Microsoft has fixed this issue.
------------------------------------------------------------
Update:
I ran a test 3 times and each time the Updates caused Outlook to go wonky.
Keep in mind there are a lot of versions of Office 365 2019 Retail click-to-run with Exchange OST files and enabling Auto-Update may not affect your version of MS Office.
Check this MS 365 Office Site: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-microsoft365-apps-by-date
Now you know why I elected to go off line and disable my Antivirus apps to run this procedure as I DO NOT want my version of Office 365 (2019) to Auto-update while I'm working on it ;o)
Sincerely Users of Office 365 (2019) find my thread helpful - Forget all the Online Shit and particuliary DO NOT trust Microsoft advice.
