OC'ing my 6800GT with Powerstrip

For overclocking my 6800GT, are there any disadvantages inherent in using Powerstrip versus, say, Coolbits or Riva Tuner? I already own Powerstrip so cost is not a concern. I am more concerned with the "quality" of the overclock, features and resource usage:

Is overclock stability and attainable frequency at all software dependent?

Any neat features in the other apps that aren't available with Pstrip?

Any appreciable difference in resource usage?
