Oc'ing Memory question

I'm building a new system in a couple days here and wanted to make a final check on the memory. I'm going to be building a socket 754, a64 2800+.

The memory: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=20-146-950&depa=1
OCZ performance series, 2X512, pc3500, Cas Latency: 2.5-3-3-7

Will this memory be sufficient to get me to 266MHz FSB. Or is it memory bus? I'm a little confused on that right now. It's my understanding that you can adjust the FSB , which is internal, and also the memory bus, from the onboard controller to the memory itself? Or is it just one speed for both. I'd appreciate it if someone can clear that up for me.

Anyway, is the memory decent? I want a gig of ram, decent OC'er, and don't want to spend much more than 200$

I am not sure if this memory will reach 266Mhz. That's 532 you are asking. It's possible I know for sure on the new TCCD chips. It may certainly be possible if you relax the timings quiet a bit.
