Whoa! I don't think you should be overclocking with that board. Anyways...

Did you read Zebo's guide? Visit overclockers.com for tips on overclocking and how to OC.

yeah, if i can get 2.2ghz i'll be happy, also can some link me to zebo's guide i cant find it.

Zebo's guide is the first thread in this section of the forums.

As far as OCing goes, yeah that ECS board probably won't do too well, so I would suggest trying some more conservative settings (220HTT, 4X HT Multi, 1.4VCore, 400/533mhz RAM divider, and 1.0-2V VDIMM). Those settings should result in a stable boot at around 2 GHz. If you try go to higher and it doesn't POST, try a higher VCore and lower the RAM divider or increase vDIMM.

To be safe, don't break 1.6 volts on the VCore and try not to exceed 2.1-2.2volts on your RAM.
