OCing Doesn't Work???!

Hey guys,
I have an Asus K8V SE Deluxe and A64 2800. When I use CPU-Z to OC, it won't stay OCed when I reboot. What am I doing wrong?

i did-still when i reboot, it stays at default spped. maybe i shouldn't use cpu-z? do you reccomend another program?

What are you using CPU-Z to do? All that program should do is tell you your processor speed. If you are overclocking from anywhere other than within BIOS that is your problem. If you are in BIOS try updating your BIOS...that might fix it.
