After reading this forum, I really feel like OCing my CPU but I have zero experence and hence need some guidance.

I bought my PC about 1 year ago and the motherboard is ASUS P4P800. When I bought it, I didn't want to OC and so I think I just bought the normal DDR memory and power supply.

The Bios of my Asus board allows me to overclock by 5%, 10% and upward but after I read the guide here, I think there is more to it such as the speed of the RAM and etc.

My questions:

(1) Assuming I don't want to risk system stability, what speed can I OC up to with my current hardwares?

(2) If I am willing to upgrade my memory, what speed can I OC up to?

(3) I am using an ANTEC lower range power supply, do I need to upgrade this?

(4) I am using stock cooling, do I need to improve them if I OC?

Thanks for help.

1. FSB 240-275, depending on the CPU, PSU, and cooling. RAM speed separately adjustable in BIOS.
2. See above.
3. Most likely.
4. Most likely.
My 2.6 runs stable on Abit IS-7 at FSB 266-270, using Antec True480 PSU and Alpha Heatsink. Additionally, I move a lot of air through my case. Corsair RAM at 5:4. It's difficult to predict how fast you can run your system, but I would imagine that FSB 250 is a very reasonable expectation with good PSU and cooling.

My Asus P4P800 mobo has this AI Overclocking feature which supposed to adjust every thing for me and all I have to do is to choose 5%, 10%, 20% or upward. Does anyone have experience with such on-board intelligence and are they reliable?
