OC'ing advice: GF2

I have a Gainward GF2 Pro 64 MB DDR Golden Sample.
The default clock setting is 200 core and 201 (it seems) memory. I have it clocked at 225 core and 245 memory. How high do you think I'll be able to clock it? And is there any program that allows me to watch the GPU activity at all times?
/From a guy that's trying to learn. 🙂

the only way to get the highest overclock is to raise either the core or the memory clock independently and not both at the same time. that way you can tell what the max settings are for each. i dont recall ever seeing a program to monitor the clock settings of a videocard as what you are referring to.

That memory clock seems very good! Since it has ddr memory, that gives you an effective bandwidth of memory running at 490mhz! The most I could get out of my GF2 Pro's memory is about 450 (225), I think the most I got out of my core was about 245 (havent had it in my system for 6 months, so I'm really streaching my little pea brain's memory)

Thanks. 🙂
Well, I think the Golden Series are good for OC'ing. I can raise it further, if I want to. 🙂
Oh, and thanks for the tips, guys.

I have this card in my second PC. After I went to the 4x.xx drivers I was able to crank this card up. I added ASII to the GPU and Heatsinks. The cards memory maxed out at 480 with artifacts. It runs stable at 245/480 (using coolbits)...GREAT CARD!
