OCin cpu help

Ok i upped my cpu speed from 200 to 210 so it runs at 2.3ghz amd643500 on a nforce4ultra
when i start it up the post says 2300mhz and then for ram it says like 430 or 420(forget), will the increase in RAM speed help or hurt anything?

Shouldn't hurt anything, but I would download MemTest86 and run both Test 5 and 8 for a few hours to see if you run into errors. Also make sure the overclock itself is stable by running Prime95 for about 8 hours, if it passes with no errors, then you should be solid as a rock. If either test fails, add more voltage to the RAM and run MemTest again, just make sure that you realize that certain RAM will only overclock so far, and that you may have turn back the speed a bit. If Prime95 fails, add a bit more voltage to the CPU, but make sure you have proper cooling, as adding more voltage will also add more heat.
