I say the chinese guy since he was already skilled at what he needed to do. All he had to do was hop around the vault without touching the floors and plant the exlposives.

What do you guys think?

Who cares if he already had the skills. That doesn't suddenly mean it takes no effort. I say he had the most effort as it was ultimately his arse if things didn't work out.

The old guy didn't do much of anything.

They all ran a series of cons except Ocean, who just ran one or two. And he planned the whole thing so he's exempt. They all did their part, that's why the movie was so great.

Eliot Gould had the easiest job. During the heist he did nothing. Rusty (Brad Pitt) had the next easiest job, he made a phone call. The acrobat had the toughest job.

I disagree on the old guy. He had direct contact with Benedict and had to convince him to allow him to store the explosives in the vault.

I want to be one of the two annoying guys. I mean come on, they made an r/c van!
I could have done that right now!

I'd say it was the two annoying guys, simply because I don't like that. What did the black jack dealer do during the hiest again?

Nothing. He was a diversion (ex convict) to allow Matt Damon's character access through the security doors to reach the elevator.

Wow
This thread makes me realize how little i rememeber from the movie besides the main point

Ocean wants to steal that guy's casino's money on a fight night
He gets 11 people and they go hoist it through a complex plan
Everyone's happy in the end and get their share of the money and look at the Bellagio's fountains

I thought the explosives guy had an easy job too. Yea he did have to create the explosives but never really had to go near the hotels at all. He also had little direct contact with outside people.

And as far as the OP's reasonings, I'd say that all the members were equally skilled at what they were supposed to do - besides, why else would Danny Ocean recruit them?

What did Matt Damon do?

he was the game warden...and had to navigate the halls of the bellagio
Yeah definitely not easy.

Well he did have to "lift" the codes from Benedict when he was getting Bernie Mac fired.

I agree with GagHalfrunt. For those who said the Chinese guy had an easy job, I think it just appeared easy because that was his expertise, kind of like how Basher made the jewel explosives with relative ease. There was never any risk of Basher getting caught. In the poll, Im saying between Basher and Frank Catton and Rusty...
