You must live in a freezer.

My 2500+ is running at 182 FSB (2.01ghz) at the default voltage and it idles around 38C with a TT Silent Boost.

Barton 2500+ @ 3200+
Abit NF7-S
AX7 Heatsink
Idle 39C Panaflow M Series
Idle 44C Panaflow L Series(What I decided to use for almost zero noise)

Maybe my sensors are 9-10 degrees off? 😱

It could be and I suspect the reading is wrong. However, it's nothing to worry about as all MB manufacturers have different standards for reading the CPU temperature.

Barton 2500+ @ 2.22GHz 185FSB
Asus A7N8X Deluxe rev 1.04
Thermalright AX-7 & 48.7CFM 80mm fan

Temps are around 40-44C with Seti Driver running.

Depending on whether or not I accidently leave my windows open at night I idle between 28C-40C while it's running 200x11. However, one morning I woke up and it was idling at 17C. This is with a Thermalright 800-A and a Tornado fan by the way...

Your board is probably taking the reading from the socket diode rather than from the on chip diode. I can take readings from both with MBM on my soltek board and I show about an 8-9c delta at full load temps between the 2 temp diodes. right now at full load running SETI i am getting 49-50c from the onchip core sensor and 41c from the socket sensor.

In my Abit NF-7, Winbond monitor reads 38*C idle cpu (24* system), with Barton 2400-M @ 211*11 w/1.75v and SLK-700 cooler.

Panaflo M1a (which is too noisy)

Yeah that suprised me with the M1A, the noise. It's quite a jump up from the L1A which I decided to keep on the Heatsink. I put the M1A in the TruePower 380 PSU which did quiet that from the stock level. The CPU temps are higher with the L1A but its completey stable and virtually quiet.
