Depends on if you'd rather be entertained by something interesting or just some moving images of pretty girls. If the former, then no. If the latter, well, maybe, but there's far more rewarding things you could be watching.

I watch it all the time. I'll admit it's pretty much just a soap opera, but they try and make it funny as well. Seth Cohen is hilarious imo.
