havn't oced in a while, last system was nf2 platform..

I am now on an amd 3200+ 64bit. w/ dfi nf4 ultra-d
patriot 3200 2x1gb ram w/3338

here goes the problem..

I have it set to 10x240, ram at 1/2 making it run at 120mhz
ldt @ 3x
ran prime stable for 8hrs..

rebooted, set ram at 5/6 making it 200mhz
ldt to 4x..
now prime won't even run for 1min b4 errored out

Whats your CPU voltage? You may need to bump it a bit, even thought the CPU speed is the same, the increased ram speed puts additional stress on the CPU's ondie memory controller.

vcore is set to 1.6 I actually have read that guide..

as for my 240fsb x 4ldt = 960 x 2 = 1920.. should be in range of the 2000 htt speed?
