OC Question and Memory banks

If I use a memory divider so that the memory doesnt go past its 200Mhz limit (value ram) will my OC be limited if I used all 4 memory banks compred to 2? And If I use all 4 memory banks will I loose dual channel?

Secondly, is it possible to reach 1T commandrate with 1GB DIMMs on A64 setup?

Lastly are there any 2x1024 kits that will do 250Mhz with default voltages and decent timings for a low price?
