OC Q6600, what ram? Need advice pls.

Hi I want to overclock the q6600 to 3.0 or 3.2 ghz. I need advice about what ram I should take for my system.

My specs are:

Asus P5KC
Intel Quad Q6600
Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme + Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F


I have this in mind?

I'd go with the Ballistix due to the binning going on lately @ crucial

Generally it's a ICs ( chips ) sorting ( grading )
