OC help for a noob

I was wondering what kind of overclocking I could get on my system I have set up. I am new to OC'ing and just want some ideas from experienced OC'ers and what kind of performance gains I could get. I am not looking for advice on how to overclock, but just of the top of your head results you think I could reach.

Anyone able to to a quick rundown for me?

AMD 3200+ Venice
Soltek SL-NF4Pro-939
2 GB Kingston ValueRam
250 GB SATA Seagate HD
ATI 800XL
OCZ 480W ModStream PSU
20" Dell 2005 FPW LCD

o/c is partially luck and partially skill... luck in that if you get a good chip, then you'll get a good overclock... partially skill in that you need to know how to mess with your bios settings...

my system is very similar to yours (check in my sig).

i'm running at 2610 Mhz w/ no problems, which is an 810Mhz overclock. You can expect a bit under a 50% overclock w/ that venice chip.
