You're screwed if you have any kind of OEM BIOS, as they dont have any options for overclocking. You might be able to get a little out of your system with clockgen (if it works with your board, I wouldn't recommend it though), but without being able to up and voltages, you really can't go far. Also, the cooling on OEM PC's really stinks. I don't know if Dell has upgraded their cooling recently, but my old Dell only came with the PSU fan and the Exhaust fan over a passive CPU heatsink with a duct, that's no where near enough
