Wasup!
I've got a 2.53GHz P4, (B-0 stepping unfortunatly) with an Asus P4PE (loaded version) MB and 512Mb PC3200 Corsair XMS memory c2. As far as cooling goes i've got an Thermaltake Volcano 7+ and i'm using Arctic silver 3 thermal compound.
I'm somewhat new to overclocking newer pcs so i would appreciate a little help with this.
First of all how fast do you think i can overclock this processor too? Also to get to that speed what setting will i need to adjust. I take it the Cpu has a clock multiplier of 19 and is running at 133 fsb stock? So i'm obviuously going to have to increase the fsb. But what about the voltage? what should i set this up to and what should i not exceed? Also the ram timings? what is the optimal setting for the ram i've got. Furthermore whats the deal with the ratio, 3:4 3:5? i'm a bit confused about that.
I know there are a lot of questions but i'd appreciate any help the esteemed members of this board may have =)
Thanks for your time and help!
