OC 1.2GHz Tbird by multiplier only. How high can I go?

Hello all,

I have it running at 1.463GHz: 11 x 133MHZ & Vcore at 1.80v (MBM5 and the BIOS are reading 1.77v tho)
It runs stable at 46C under load (SiSoft Sandra Burn-in-wizard) with 26C ambient temp.
The PC won't post with a 11.5 multy and I'm reluctant to increase the Vcore any further.
Can anyone please tell me how much more can I safely increase the Vcore?
The max that the Iwill Ka266 BIOS shows is 1.850v.

Thanks.

Ive seen people running with 1.9 vcore...but make sure you have good cooling...if your not sure about the MAXIMUM SAFE VCORE..then look to AMD's website..they have everthing about there CPU's there..from Thermal Specs to Voltage...and more

If it wont post at 11.5 (neither will my 1ghz Duron..) try upping the FSB to 134 then 135, then 136 etc ( if your FSB is adjustable)

I had once push the vcore on my 1G T-bird all the way up to around 2.1v....and I think I burned itl......😀
but I think as long as you stay under 1.85v, you should be ok....don't go above 1.85v unless you are willing to risk the life of your cpu.....
like jeniva suggested, you can try to increase the FSB little by little..... any try different combinations between FSB and multiplier factors.....
