Well, I just went around to my local Best Buy, Circuit City, and even went so low as Comp USA to find that Oblivion is not on the shelf as of this time. CUSA doesnt know when it will be in and BB says March 22nd. So my question is - what store shelf is this game actually on? Anyone been successful in finding it B&M today?

EDIT: Gamestop claims theyll be selling it tomorrow and the phones of every EBgames in my city is busy (conference call?)
 
Most stores get their shipments in mid-afternoon on launch date (for Oblivion, today... 3/20). Some put them out fairly quickly (EB Games), and some don't (CUSA). My local EB typically calls those that have pre-paid in full to come pick preorders up at around 6:00 or 7:00 pm.
 
well, the elder scrolls site listed a new demo under "2 days to launch" on the 19th so that would make it (now) the 21st.

gogamer also changed their ship date to the 22nd.

Some locations may have received it today. All of our preorders were called via the new corporate phone message system and told that we would have it today in the afternoon.

I didn't work today, so I don't know if we actually got it or not... 🙁
 
The EB near my best friend is selling them now. My EB just said tomorrow afternoon. Yay...

Oh well... I've gotten good deals through them before. I suppose one day won't hurt, but I really do have a load of free time tonight and none tomorrow!

Its a ship 3/20 game. Ship means "its in the mail." Just look tomorrow ya dope.
 
Yeah, I went to Walmart, EBGames, Compusa, and Bestbuy. I was unpleasantly surprised to see NO copies on the shelf. I got 4 responses saying TOMORROW AFTER 12pm. ******. And I wanted to play it ALL day today. 🙁
 
What I don't get is that it's "supposidly" the day of the release and it hasn't even been leaked. (I don't advocate piracy, just making a statement) Normally, thier pretty quick about games as popular as oblivion.

The wait is killing us all <-PROCESSING???!?!!? hope it ships soon

It hasn't been leaked, all of those are fake.

(and no I didn't try downloading them)

If it isn't on nforce.nl, then it's more than likely fake. (plus I've read the comments, but I didn't download it cause I bought the game.
