I love these boxes. Use GV for main line or any VOIP that you prefer, and use localphone for cheap international calls. If you need E911, its available for about $1 per month.

Just google voice. Its free and I don't need 911 service.

I love my 202... I have ring.to, Google Voice and Anveo E911. Ring.to WAS free, but is going to a paid service in January, $18/year. Anveo E911 is something like $3.50/year.

I'll probably stick with ring.to, because $18/yr isn't bad at all... my SunRocket/Teleblend plan rose to over $30/mo. I didn't figure the free ride would continue on ring.to - providing phone service to tens or hundred of thousands of people requires money to run, right?

I can't really complain about paying $22/year for phone service.

If you need to fax, GV is SUPPOSED to handle it... but I didn't have much luck. Fortunately, when I've had to send faxes, it was simple enough to scan into PDF and send it through FaxZero, which is free for sending a few pages per day (It was something like 5 faxes per day, 3 pages per fax)
