Obama drew his line in the sand. It was crossed. Obama flinched then got his ass pulled out of the fire by Russia. Syria then made them look like a fool again by ignoring the deadline. The only ROFLMAO should be directed at yet another Obama failure, not a stellar success. Obama's actual incompetency is what kept Americans from dying over there. He never planned on boots on the ground so the odds of Americans dying were extremely low. Then again, we all know how well Obama keeps his promises.

Kerry was making a rhetorical statement in response to a question from a journalist. He disqualified his own statement in the same sentence. To give Kerry credit for having a bit of rhetoric seized by Putin as an out for the situation is ridiculous.

Kerry bumbled his way through that situation, as Hillary bumbled and blustered her way through her term in the state department. Obama and his state department continue the legacy of bumbling their way through foreign policy to this day. I am disappoint.

Is it really that hard for you to understand? If Obama was competent and able to deliver what he promised we would have went to war with them. The only foreign policy success was Russia's.
