Syria looks to be missing its first deadline
"The State Department signaled that it would not insist that Syrian President Bashar Assad produce the list Saturday, the end of a seven-day period spelled out in the framework deal that Washington and Moscow announced last weekend in Geneva"
But wait, what did John Kerry say about a week agao ""We agreed that Syria must submit within a week not in 30 days, but in one week a comprehensive listing," Kerry said Saturday. He said the U.S. would allow "no games, no room for avoidance, or anything less than full compliance."
That threat of force sure showed Assad who's boss.
Oh wait, it didn't

"Assad also said if the United States wanted to pick up the $1 billion, that would help."
I dont even have to comment. The typical white house spokes people are on stand by ready to defend this debacle.
