http://www.rasmussenreports.com/pub...ministration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll

"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 23% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -22. That’s the lowest Approval Index rating yet measured for this president"

"Overall, 43% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. Fifty-five percent (56%) disapprove. "

I think that the illegal immigration spectacle that has been going on for the last couple of weeks has hurt Obama, especially the Coldoron thing.

Thanks for the update dude. Did you update your live journal too?

Well he turned out to be just another politician unlike how he portrayed himself in the election so a lot of people are very disappointed. Still he's better than the alternative we had which really isn't saying much and I don't see anybody on the horizon from the Republican camp that's any better. He might not get re-elected but I don't think that will improve anything.

The Dimocratic party and Barrrack Hussein Obama are in the process of bringing this country(the country that they hate)to her knees, the polls are a small price to pay.

Big surprise. He only accomplished one thing and it didnt actually matter.
He cant deal with problems. He'd rather shit all over people who are trying to make changes or at the very least, just doing their jobs.
Yeah, he's screwed unless he starts another war or bribes the voters. That worked out pretty decent for Bush Jr.

This is the answer.

Perhaps from an extreme perspective...

Progressive Naomi Wolf interviewed by libertarian Lew Rockwell in 2008...

And again yesterday...

Still he's better than the alternative

This is the problem. There wasn't and still isn't any true alternative who stands a chance against "the establishment." And it's the Republican versus Democrat perception that's keeping the people divided, and thus, conquered.

Although each pollster's results may differ somewhat, the trend is clear. Obama is losing support. I seem to recall that in general most presidents lose support over time. The question (which I am too lazy to research) is, "Is Obama losing support at the same rate as other presidents?"

The trend lines are actually quite static going on 6 months now, so the notion that he is "losing support" in the present tense is unsupportable. You might also consider that his approval ratings are reasonably good given what the state of the economy has been, when compared to other Presidents in similar circumstances. Actually, it compares favorably.

Sure, the same way it worked for GWB in 2004.

Well he just blamed BOOOSH for the BP incident so maybe he will get a bump from that.

Link? Did he actually blame Bush or is this just more of your partisan drivel? I've heard him comment on the conflicts of interest that riddle big oil and the admins that they are cozy with, but blaming Bush the man would be a first. C'mon, at least make an attempt to back up your normal partisan cherrypicking and FUD.
