Obama's Bringing Hamas To Live America..On Our Dime?

Obama's Bringing Hamas To America..On Our Dime?

Apparently President Hope n'Change is lying through his pearly whites about our economy being in crisis.

Our president just signed an executive order signed an executive order appropriating $20.3 million of your tax dollars for `migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.' It was signed on January 27th and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4th.

This is designed to allow hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from Gaza to resettle in the United States, the same people who voted Hamas into power en masse. And I'll guarantee you that a number of Hamas operatives will slip in as part of the group. The order not only provides free airplane tickets but provides for food and housing allowances, something no other immigrants get.

President Obama's decision, according to the Register, was necessitated by "the urgent refugee and migration needs of the victims" and he considers this "in the national interest."

I am all for being a nice guy to help refugees but in our current economy, huge job losses, and already overwhelmed with illegal immigrants whom are straining our system as it is. Just how in the hell can we afford hundreds of thousands of more immigrants most all of whom have little education, little jobs skills, and whom hate America?

Socio, I know the desire to slam Obama is more than you can probably bear, but at least find some real data somewhere other than a right wing blog... Ugh...

What's even worse, if the blogger and OP had actually bothered to read the Act this assistance was based on they'd know that it's primarily directed at helping women and children who are victims of such conflicts. I don't care what kind of economic problems we have here in the US. We can still occassionally spare a couple ten million or so to help out the far less fortunate in such a situation.

Obama's Muslim masters would never let him do something so obvious. The agents will probably arrive as "relatives from Kenya" or something like that.

So can we in the UK and we do.

The ones Palestinians regard as their enemies are their closest friends, i'd say it's ironic but i think it's just fucking sad.

I'm sure TheSnowman and Dahumam among others will welcome them willingly into there home since they are just misunderstood individuals who acted the way they did due to oppression.

This would be a great ides. We could put them on the Navajo Reservation which is 26,110 sq. miles and give them room to stretch their limbs. The West Bank is 2270 sq. miles.

Feel bad for Arizona, Utah and New Mexico for the future rocket attacks they will come in contact with. I am sure it is only a misunderstanding though and they would be expected to do nothing but sit and take it.

I knew he'd prove to be a liberal whack job when I voted for him but I didn't like the alternative. I knew that my vote was a vote for "less of two awful candidates". Guess this is one of those parts where we have to hold our noses.

No need to take this down a flaming path. Just let the thread die. It deserves an early grave.

I give up, there is no reasoning with people who refuse to read even the slightest bit of texts or posts and draw their own conclusions based on absolutely nothing.

RichardE, i'm talking about you.

I am all for Israel eradicating Hamas no matter what, it needs to be done, if we get done fast enough here in Afghanistan/Pakistan i would have no problem helping the IDF in that pursuit either.

I've debated this topic enough and people continue to ignore obvious truths about the subject. I debate a modern day event in the Middle East and get a "it doesn't mean anything because of this that happened in the 1930's that no one is even alive anymore to remember."

There are a few people on this board and I've encountered that can actually discuss this issue on a real level, most of those discussions happen in PM's or MSN or coffee shops, or get together.

The little snippets you see me throwing out? Those are satirical lines making fun of the stance of other people.

The entire idea is laughable and is akin to Cuba letting refugees come to the US. What happens? You get a feel good policy of the US helping people and the US gets fucked over getting criminals ect. It's nothing new John, it's been done before and chances are it will be done again. The people in Gaza would have to leave Gaza to fly to the US, they would have to do this through Israel since Syria, Lebannon and Egypt will not allow them into there countries. What does that mean? It means Israel had to give clearance for this to occur. Where does this lead too in thought? It means Israel gets to decide who goes.

Does this sound familiar?

It should, it is what Castro did already. So Israel gets rid of a bunch of troublemakers, certain politicians can point to a drop in rockets, that nationalism sweeping Israel dies down and peace talks resume a bit. Not only that, but it gives the people in Gaza a "hope" to work for, the "hope" to go to the US. So after the initial dumping, Israel can go "now behave and you get to go".

The plan in theory can work, but all in the end it is just the US taking punches for peace.

I'm just going to ignore your entire post since it has nothing with the original article, any plans, anything i said or anything what so ever to do with any of those things.

When you can calm down enough to realise that this is about Palestinians and Palestinian refugees (not Palestinian refugees who flee to America) then you might have a good enough answer.

As it is, your rambling just makes me shake my head, where the fuck did you get all this shit from?

You may not appreciate it but i am on your side without any hesitation, i am for the eradication of Hamas.

That said, what you really need is not to build more but to invite the NATO forces into your country and in the southern areas... I would like to see one rocked fired then.

Presidential Determination No. 2009-15 of January 27,
2009

Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration Needs
Related To Gaza

Memorandum for the Secretary of State

By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and
the laws of the United States, including section
2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of
1962 (the ``Act''), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I
hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the
Act, that it is important to the national interest to
furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to
exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency
Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose
of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration
needs, including by contributions to international,
governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and
payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of
Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department
of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian
refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.

You are authorized and directed to publish this
memorandum in the Federal Register.

(Presidential Sig.)

THE WHITE HOUSE,

Washington, January 27, 2009

To break that down simply, it is authorizing 20 million some odd dollars to aid in admitting Palestinian refugees, where before there was no money set aside for that. So all of a sudden we are going to get urgent requests/needs from a conflict thats 10 years old? Why? Because Israel is going to allow them to leave to come to the US.

The ability to analize public and political decisions and peice together likely response is a pretty hard thing to come by sometimes, but is is possible, and even than people are wrong.

In order for Obama to do this Israel had to allow it to happen.
Which means Israel will be the transport point for these refugees.
Which means Israel can be "Yes Mr US, this person is a refugee from the conflict, oh please help him"
The US goes "well, we got 20million sure come on is Mr Ackbar"

Now that is all fine and dandy and I got warm fuzzies even thinking about it. Now, the question is, how much of an oppurtunity does this present to Israel to go

"Hey Mr Asshole Terrorist 1" How about we just send you to the US and you can stop organizing rockets, sound good, or we kill you"

Sounds pretty good from Israel's side. The terrorist doesn't get to be a martyr, militants of Hamas lose faith as more people begin "fighting the war from outsize gaza" (helping to lead to internal conflict) and Israel gets less violence thrown at them.

Obviously a lot of things can go wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if that is the basis of this decisions if only because it follows a pretty common pattern we have seen numerous times before.

Now if you think this is just about Palestinian refugees, well, you failed to put any dots together at all.

The blog entry is wrong. I already pointed that out previously. This money is for administrative aid to agencies that help women and children that are refugees in places like Gaza. It consists of educational programs, medical assistance, relocation housing, etc, within the area where they have relocated/migrated. Clinton made an identical EO that applied to Bosnia.

Besides, our government couldn't assemble a plan to relocate hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to the US for $25 mil, let alone actually do it.

???? ?????

You must have misread the blog entry. This is about bringing refugees to America, that is the entire point of the OP.

Here is the EO if you want to read it

You know what, it doesn't matter what i say because you have your mind made up, this isn't about Palestinian refugees coming to the US, this is support for those who flee.

Last time i looked 99.5% of all refugees from the ME end up in EU, i suppose the US is going to pay their fare to get to France now.

The fear you are displaying is unbecoming of a man, leave it to those children who believe in the ghosts under their beds, it's nothing a grown man should worry about, i can promise you that you stand a greater risk of pretty much anything else happening to you than that.

The fear does have you in it's shackles though, you honestly believe in the terror that is "coming to get you"...

I don't buy it.

Wonders if the OP has any integrity at all? Time will tell.

Just a hint for the OP and those like him:

Delete ALL forwarded email without ever opening it, even if it is from your Mom. Nothing or importance or truth is contained within, ever. If you can't do that, at least read the bullshit links you are trying to pass off as the gospel on internet forums.
