Because people have real world experiences that go against the official story line, it is considered to be irrelevant.

The story play sale was that it was not going to have impact on consumers unless they were Cadillac plans.

Employers and taxes on medical relayed companies would cover additional costs.

Now we see that existing policies doing what we were told would not happen
