I know that to libs, facts = trolling.

Says the guy who thinks Obama is allowing Russian troops to patrol the US, that Obama is funding a proxy war on Christians, and that Obama is looking to force churches to marry gay people.

You off your meds or something?

I'm saying that you are hardly in a position to tell someone else they won't accept facts.

To be fair at least he doesn't go into every other freaking thread with the same two words that First does. Seems he is in a decent position in that regards.

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2013/07/02/key-obamacare-provision-delayed/?hpt=hp_t1

Washington (CNN) - The requirement that businesses provide their workers with health insurance or face fines – a key provision contained in President Barack Obama's sweeping health care law – will be delayed by one year, the Treasury Department said Tuesday.

The postponement came after business owners expressed concerns about the complexity of the law’s reporting requirements, the agency said in its announcement. Under the Affordable Care Act, businesses employing 50 or more full-time workers that don't provide them health insurance will be penalized.

"We recognize that the vast majority of businesses that will need to do this reporting already provide health insurance to their workers, and we want to make sure it is easy for others to do so. We have listened to your feedback. And we are taking action," Mark J. Mazur, assistant secretary for tax policy, wrote in a post on the website of the Treasury Department, which is tasked with implementing the employer mandate.

Mazur said the extra year before the requirement goes into effect will allow the government time to assess ways to simplify the reporting process for businesses. Penalties for firms not providing health coverage to employees will now begin in 2015 – after next year’s congressional elections.

well shit. smart move by obama. don't want to give the GOP any help in winning.

There are plenty of crazy people on here of all stripes (where's Harvey?), but he's definitely one of them.

The Obama Admin gives small business a break that Righties claim to really be needed, then whine when they get it.

It plays well with the Mayberry Machiavellis, who'll manage to blame the evil Obama for giving them what they said they wanted. Dastardly!

Complete with the Daily Mail spin from an anonymous source. While such hit pieces usually contain facts, that doesn't mean that they are *facts*.

I think DCal is probably a better example, but I digress. DailyMail is at best a tabloid and at worst a pathetic excuse for journalism.

So, you're saying what? The information the OP posted is available through a variety of news sources. The story is real. This pavlovian response to news that doesn't fit your agenda should be saved for obscure articles that no other news source is reporting on.

Implementing Obamacare is more than this administration can handle. The ringleader, BHO himself, is the product of the everyone gets a trophy generation. He doesn't know how to do any actual work and his lackey's just follow his lead.

The implantation of Obamacare will end up being pushed off until January of 2017 at which time the Democrats will berate the Republicans mercilessly for not being able to bring to fruition that which they were unable to do themselves. It fits right into their playbook.

You're such a fucking asshole, how about you respond to the story instead of just attacking and trying to divert?

The fact is the delay is badly needed as rules and interpretations are still being published monthly and it was going to be a nightmare trying to get all the businesses to comply with ever changing rules.

I don't see how delaying implementation helps congress people get re-elected, because having it implemented in 2014 will not entail any new votes. By having it implemented 2015 it will still be a hot-ticket item to discuss during debates, people could say that if THEY get elected they will pass new laws to counter implementation.

I think the OP article is a slanted piece of shit political piece and that the real reason for delay is because our incompetent government established too aggressive of a schedule for such drastic changes.

people impacted by Obamacare right during a midterm election vs impact when there are no elections going on.

the timing is 100% political. This deadline has been known for how long now? Obama couldn't get anyone to get the rules figured out until the last minute?

or its an acknowledgment by Obama that Obamacare is a disaster.

Even when you get what you want, you whine about it, which really indicates that all you really want is... to whine. That it's all Obama's fault. Everything.

Might want to look in the mirror there buddy.
The Daily Mail is essentially a tabloid, while the "news" might be real the spin that they put on it probably isn't.
It is the UK version of the NY Post.

I normally don't buy into a lot of these Obama hate threads, and while this can't be directly tied back to Obama since he doesn't even know what's in it....

but the timing on this one is just too coincidental with the election cycle and all the bad press that the ACA's been getting recently... it's part of the game and yes it does help the democrats postpone some of the self-inflicted pain of this bill. Similar to how Reid wouldn't take up any gun-control bills . . . it'd be political sucide with the elections looming. . .

Yup. Obamacare requiring businesses to provide health insurance is an outrage! because it harms business. But when they decide to give it another year to minimize any harm and disruption it may cause, it's still an outrage! Ah, the wonderful world of right wing doublethink.
