Jesus Missing From Obama's Georgetown Speech


Remember all the teeth gnashing just a couple years ago over Ashcroft covering a statue? I wonder how those same people will look at this incident...

Anyway, I don't much care that they "generic" things for speeches, but come on now - you knew where you were going so if you don't like the background - speak somewhere else or get taller pipes and curtains...or just don't have it somewhere that has symbols that offend you or you don't want photographed with.

I don't know that he was consulted, I have a feeling the staff takes care of these things. As I said, I wouldn't have been "offended" and the effort at covering up anything is kinda dumb. I just pointed out it was for a different reason that covering the naughtie boobies 🙂
