Fine, then admend it.. but saying that a President can enter into an agreement that overides the Constitution is blatently false. The only reason he wants it to be done is because he apparently does not believe the Constitution has any value. So he is no better than Bush or Cheney, perhaps worse. He is a TRAITOR and a LIAR and thats the TRUTH. I've presented the facts.. Harvey can continue to deny them if he wants but that doesn't change the fact I've provided PROOF.
No, it's the law as spelled out in the Constitution to which you keep referring. Your problem is, you're too reading and otherwise intellectually challenged to understand the words on the page.

I am still amused that the folks who helped Bush ruin our economy, and ruin our National reputation overseas, and ruin our chances of catching OBL, and ruin our chances of a balanced budget, and ruin our chances of elevating the standard of living for the middle class and the poor and ALL OF THIS TO MAKE THE RICH EVEN RICHER, are now whipping Pres. While lol'ing about that, it occurred to me that they, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Gonzales, Rice and on and on and on must have all worn ruby slippers and clicked their heels three times and mumbled something like "there's no place like fantasy land" every time they looked in the mirror or spoke in public and I shook my head and felt satisfied that I had finally figured out why they all think alike.
