the difference between IMMIGRATION and ILLEGALS is a VERY important distinction. I'm PRO immigration, but not the illegal variety.

Exactly. It took my father 3 years to petition my mother and I and siblings. My father .. he was educated they let him in. But Mexicans can just cross the border and its anyone and everyone. If you petition legally you can't just be any uneducated retard.
I work with a lot of h1b engineers. These people put up with tons of crap just to work here and contribute a ton of brainpower and then get green cards and almost always stay here. But its a huge hassle for them too when we should just give then citizenship while robbing their home countries of their smartest people. But nooooo we give amnesty to a border country for their poorest worst educated stock. Good trade

Thought I'd correct your mistakes; Only citizens can vote. Obama is President, not King. And it was the DoJ that cracked down on Florida, not the President. And state names are capitalized when written.

I am PRO immigration. I feel we should re-work the immigration laws. From my understanding it is VERY hard and a long process to come legally to the US. We need to streamline it.
i am against this amnesty for ILLEGAL's. Why should they be given a reward when thousands are trying legally to be here? they should be the ones rewarded.

"White men created this country?" This country was created by continental drift and other geographic forces over millions of years. It was populated by the migration of tribes of various peoples over thousands of years. And by being here when the euro-trash landed, the Native Americans are certainly more native to the country than a bunch of interlopers who were kicked out of their euro-homelands.
And if you study early American history, France helped the euro-trash quite a bit.

Based on certain criteria, internal paperwork processing is done for checking on the sponsor.
Then the paperwork is sent to the country that the petition is for.
They perform checks and then interviews and/or re-interviews at the embassy/consulate. Usually only 1-2 people are able to do the background checks & interviews against 100's that arrive each month.
Those reports are then sent back to the US and validated against the US sponsor information.
To speed up the process; you have to increase the amount of manpower at each point. Otherwise, there is still a bottleneck in the system.
Stupid argument.
The key is to put certain requirements on the amnesty.
A 15.5 year old does not crawl under the fence and say "safe!", but a kid that was brought in when they were three and has lived in the states for 15 years should be allowed to stay.
But until people are willing to throw out BS labels (like associating all Illegals with drug dealers) or stop comparing us to some of the xenophobic ways of other "successful" countries, we will never see this.
Also:
-If you want our taxes to go up to fortify and man the borders, airports and other agencies needed to enforce this countries agencies
-If you want to pay MUCH more for our produce and prepared foods as our cheap off-the-book labor dwindles
-If you want to increase the profit made form "agencies" that make their living trafficking illegals into the country...
Well then, go on ahead and seal the borders.
Problem is, many that cry for this do not realize how MUCH they would really have to PAY for it in the end.
