Also if any Republican trys to use the "she was never a judge..." soemone will just throw back that neither was William Rehnquist. 😉

Oh and the age thing. I don;t seem to remember anybody saying Roberts could not be on the court, let alone head of it, and he was in his early 50's.

Clearly harvard law school doesn't mean much anymore, Obama got a degree there. Hopefully the senate puts a halt to putting someone in the supreme court who's never actually served on a court before.

it is only recently we have people who have court experience. 41 of the 109 justices had no prior judicial experience. look at John Marshall, Earl Warren. my beef will be where she stands on issues.

I don't care where she stands on the "issues" and neither should anyone else. What SHOULD matter here is if she is willing to stand up for the Constitution and use it as her guide for making decisions(not foreign law or some other BS). My guess is that BHO picked her precisely because he feels she feels like he does about the Constitution. :thumbsdown:

She is qualified for political activism on the supreme court. Dems should be lockstep on this one. Who the hell knows how the Reps will split.

Lol are you being serious? Not really sure. William Rehnquist didn't either.....neither have a lot of Supreme Court justices.

She has ZERO experience being a judge.
She he being nominated to be a judge on the highest court in the United States.
If you think she is qualified, where can I get whatever you are smoking?

Maybe Microsoft should nominate a residentially challenged man to be their CEO.
 
I'm surprised no one has mentioned she was behind the failed Harvard push to remove military recruiters from their campus.
