Watching it now. Despite my opinion that Obama has not been doing much to aggressively pursue his goals, I think it's pretty hard to say he hasn't been paying attention to what's going on. He seems really well-informed when put to the test.

Since any politician will ask you a loaded question, it's not Q&A, it's a debate. And for that matter, I'm terribly surprised that people didn't do their homework and study why they picked a certain point of view before supporting it.

I would be even more surprised if politicians realize, "Hey, I sounded like a dumbass, maybe I should figure out why I'm a republican before I get pwned in the ass by someone who has a photographic memory"

No doubt the president is a great speaker, but he's also obviously a polished liar. He just makes the lies sound good.
