his Laptop is a Macbook Pro though I have no idea why he would use a Zune but if he wants to be stuck with using shitty proprietary software to be able to put music on the damn thing, more power to him.

I have a Zune too. I've been trying to install it on my Vista machine all day - an utterly impossible task. Who would have guessed that MS's own media player would work so badly with their own OS?
