Ya, that makes sence. Someone tries to board a plane without any kind of papers and then these magical people from the government show up and he is let on.

Why don't you go look at the court testimony. Multiple witnesses have testified to the effect that he was escorted through security.


And about the other cases I mentioned.. I'm in downtown Dallas fairly often and when I heard they stopped a "terrorist" there I was pretty shocked. I actually thought for a while that, well... "shit had gotten real".

Then I come to find out that the guy was paid thousands of dollars by the FBI to pretend to be a terrorist. You can argue that the guy's intentions are all that matter, but I'd still rather see legitimate terrorists brought to justice. Not just random people that the FBI can troll into ruining their lives.

Further, Obama and his administration have done no "refraining" from anything. In fact, they've taken every single controversial / abusive position held by the previous administration and either defended it or expanded on it.

Torture? I'm sorry, I meant 'enhanced interrogation'?
