That, or he doesn't know anything about it because he has better things to do than micromanage every web initiative of this organization. It's one thing to have Dick Cheney decide to invade Iraq while you're off having a long, satisfying bowel movement, and another to have chronies decide itty bitty things like this.

It's a political organization, separate from the office of the presidency. Think of it like Fox News. They did everything they could to support George W Bush, but Fox News wasn't a public office.
