Is it not the logical conclusion once Obama finishes pushing for amnesty, are we going to deny benefits / service to permanent residents?

It makes no sense to drop / exclude people living in the United States. To have second class citizens. They will have the same rights as everyone else living here... to get raped by insurance companies.

The libs dont want to tell you that. In their eyes all illegals are high earners that will pay large amount of taxes, cause no crime, and use no government benefits

They either get preventative care and lead healthy productive lives or they get seriously ill, go to the er, and lose the bill. Taxpayers and insurance premium payers pick up the tab either way but one alternative is cheaper and better for society...

This. We are going to pay the bill one way or another. I would rather they have some type of Health Insurance than show up at the ER have to be treated and then leave and not pay the bill. We all end up paying for the care anyway.

I don't think we can deny that humans are self interested animals most strongly motivated to survive. At it's base level this means letting others die in the street if necessary. But we are also social animals that depends on others to survive. I think this probably means folk fall on a spectrum, with the most conservative focused most on their own interests and the most liberal on the interests of others.

Naturally, all our religions and moral teachings condemn selfishness and exort folk to care for others, which creates a moral dilemma for the selfish, how to still be selfish and pass as a decent person in their own and the eyes of the world. This is most easily done by limiting ones mental awareness of the suffering of others.

It is this fact, I think, that make conservatives look like assholes. So they create a bubble world where the notion that you take care of yourself and to hell with others becomes a religion. Those who lack, lack because they are morally undeserving. Conservatives believe they are morally superior to others. They have to in order to deny the real truth, that they are inferior and remain so because they deny exactly what they know to be true. This is one reason, for example, why they make a big deal our of their private giving. They give a lot to people like themselves, The 'others' can still go fuck themselves as well as the liberals who are demons.
