Say I'm saving for college pre paid for my kids, and I just hear the president of the US talk about tuition tax breaks ... or paying for school for people who server their community or country. People who pre-paid get the shaft for being responsible.

Empty promises. Stay in school longer than high school!!! We need more ingenuity! Whoopie doo daaaa if the system sucks or the people are stupid, we can't just stick around in school longer to be an engineering super hero.
