I've pass going to Warrior's games because I don't even want to be near Oakland at 11PM. Do you even live in the Bay Area saying shit like that, fyi? Gentrification of Oakland.........when it's been sliding downhill for years..........thanks for the laugh.

That is quite a drop and quite an improvement but Oakland is a physically large city, approximately 78 square miles, and most crime is concentrated in certain areas and not representative of The Town as a whole.


Yeah, see? Gentrification of a few places like Merrit are hardly things to be beating the "NEW ERA OF OAKLAND" drums. As someone who has lived in the Bay Area for his entire life I still feel oakland is one of the sketchiest places on the west coast.
