o pc problem

Few days ago I was cleaning hard drive, and got rid of 3 partitions then reinstalled Win98/2000 and I made quickrestore for 98/2k then when I rebooted, it won?t start the pc anymore., I tried replugging everything then it did not start pc. What's wrong????????🙁

You need to be more clear..."won't start" can mean a lot of things. When you power on the computer, exactly what happens? Does anything turn on? Does it POST? etc.
 
When I turn on the power, the hd light fades away and mouse/keyboard doesn't power up. My PC has been sent to repairs b/c I tried everything.
