see, i think things like this can't be real, and then i'm driving to work today with my two friends and we come up onto a car, a car which had just exploded, car parts were strewn for about 100 feet in every direction, the motor was about 40 feet from the next biggest piece of shrapnel which was only about the size of a TV stand, it was nuts, and we got there before the police, fire dept. anything, weird stuff, so i guess stuff like that can happen, ya never know

I've watched that clip about 2 dozen times and I think it is real. For one thing, a person holding a camera would have been all over the place, but the camera is still. For another, the reactions of the pedestrians look authentic. In slow-mo, it still looks authentic. And the physics of his motion looks real.

However, I'm not sure the audio is original. It might have been added later.

I can't beleive some of you thought it was real. I mean, it definelty is possible, but haven't you seen the movie "Meet Joe Black?". That movie was worth the $4.00 to rent just to see that part, I just didn't see it commin.
