Got a DFI Ultra-D and am wanting to do about 2.2-2.3ghz and nothing more right now. I am gonna try and get these speeds with as little to no vcore adjustments as possible. I got Corsair VS PC3200 so I don't wanna o/c my memory. What divider settings should I use in my BIOS to get these speeds?

From what I read most all 3000+'s should do 2.2 no problem. Should I use nTune or go through the BIOS?

Use the bios not nTune.

Try HTT250 x 9 = 2250mhz with ram divider 166, this should make your ram just over 200mhz, and don't forget to drop the HTT multi from 5x to 4x. If you got really lucky with your chip you may can get this with stock vcore. But most likely you will have to bump it just a little.

It can be pretty random. The newer ones don't seem to do as well. I got mine to 2.55 Ghz stable on stock vcore but i have a week 47.

With a good board like the DFI Ultra-D, you have a couple of choices:

FSB: 315~329
CPU Multi: X7 for derived CPU speed: 2205~2303
HTT Multipler: x3 for derived HTT speed: 945 ~ 987
Memory Divider: 133Mhz for derived Memory speed: 200~209
Memory Divider: 120Mhz for derived Memory speed: 181~191

FSB: 275~288
CPU Multi: X8 for derived CPU Speed: 2200~2304
HTT Multipler: x3 for derived HTT speed: 825 ~ 864
Memory Divider: 150Mhz for Memory speed: 200~209
Memory Divider: 133Mhz for Memory speed: 181~191

FSB: 245~256
CPU Multi: X9 for derived CPU Speed: 2205~2304
HTT Multipler: x4 for derived HTT speed: 980~1024*
Memory Divider: 166Mhz for Memory speed: 200~209
Memory Divider: 150Mhz for Memory speed: 181~191

* 1024 would be over HTT spec of 1000, but I believe it would be fine on your board.
