"Too aggressive" means it did not perform as fast as it could due the P4s limitations. Not that it calculated incorrectly. The programmer revised the programming to make it perform faster on a P4.
There is nothing whatever about the programming that could make it calculate wrong depending only on the extent of OC.
The whole idea of running Prime95 is to stress a system to the max. If you don't want to do that, don't. To complain that it stresses the system too much is ridiculous. The fact that nothing else stresses it as hard is a good thing. That's the point.
