i need some help or tips overclocking this board bios settings ect...
i have plenty of cooling just had no luck pushing the bus at all

if this is the original kt7-raid it has the kt133 chipset and about 113-118mhz is the maximum FSB you can get.

the kt133a chipset can get high FSB values, like in the kt7a-raid.

hope that helps.

well what i am saying is you are not going to push the fsb on that board.

raise the voltage on the cpu? have you tried unlocking. in my experience the kt7 was not hard to overclock. your cpu or ram may be the source of your probelm.

113- 118FSB is generous for the KT7-Raid. Mine would only run 108 stable w/ crucial cas2 ram. Just unlock the CPU and OC the multiplier in the bios. Set RAM to 4 way, cas2, turbo and up the I/O +0.1v (3.4v I think). Give the CPU a little more juice too, +0.1v or so also. I used to run my 1100 tbird at 12.5X104= 1300, on this board. Easy to tweak the bios settings. If you lock on boot-up, just hit insert and hold WHILE powering back on and the bios will set CPU parameters back to default.
