<< 113- 118FSB is generous for the KT7-Raid. Mine would only run 108 stable w/ crucial cas2 ram. Just unlock the CPU and OC the multiplier in the bios. Set RAM to 4 way, cas2, turbo and up the I/O +0.1v (3.4v I think). Give the CPU a little more juice too, +0.1v or so also. I used to run my 1100 tbird at 12.5X104= 1300, on this board. Easy to tweak the bios settings. If you lock on boot-up, just hit insert and hold WHILE powering back on and the bios will set CPU parameters back to default. >>
thanks a bunch juststarting that is exactly the kind of stuff i was after, are there any other bios settings you can thinl of?
i got a new fan for the chipset and i'm gonna put a bigger heatsink on it.
