I am heading to Vegas tomorrow for a week. We already have tickets to Zumanity (if I spelled that right) and everyone tells us to go see 'O' BY CIRQUE DU SOLEIL. We have seen the Mystire show by them, but I can't jusity spending $165 a ticket to see this show. Anyone know how I can get tickets cheaper?

There are 2 for 1 ticket places in several locations on the strip. They don't always have discounted tickets for the specific show you're looking for, (and they're not all really 2 for 1)....

But if you're going to be there a few days check in with them in the morning and you can usually get a good discount. I think they're called "tix4tonight" -- you buy tickets in the morning at a discount and watch the show that night. So if they haven't sold a certain number of tickets before the day starts then they sell them at a discount.

no go, i think ka had a few slightly cheaper tickets for monday to like thursday or something. but on peak weekend+holiday i think ur up a creek. the discounted shows in vegas are like the russians on ice etc. the most popular shows don't need discounting.

try to get an earlier showing if you can. gf and i went around 10pm and after a long day walking around in the sun, cards, slots....foood, we fell asleep half way through. dont' get me wrong, it was beautiful but after awhile, the ooh annd ahhh novelty wore off and the parasympathetic system started to kick in.

You want to go to two Cirque du Soleil shows on the same trip? I recommend Penn & Teller's show. Very entertaining.

Yah your best bet is going to be Tix4tonight. They have various locations on the strip. However, O is one of those shows where it is too popular to be on sale at this place. I've seen KA for 25% off at the tix4tonight however if your'e interested in that. O is more artsy with a story line thats pretty abstract. KA has a standard story line you can follow their stage is AWESOME. I liked both but probably O better in terms of the presentation. I would not suggest for you to sit very close for O. I wouldn't mind paying for the medium or low end seats so that you can see everything cause the stage is really big with a lot of stuff going on. Good luck with zumanity. I heard theres quite a bit of nudity in that one.
