Well, can it? Oh, and I'm also interested in mATX boards. I've never thought of building a small computer before and I think I'm going to try it. What are some of the best mATX motherboards?
 
I would have to say maybe depending on the orientation you install it. Height doesn't look like a problem though.
 
My P5K-VM is a decent overclocker but has no raid and no NB / SB voltage control in the bios, Id consider the P35 chipset Asus has, (P5E)? HDMI over mine but I gotta say, this P5K ain't bad.
 
IMO, one doesn't buy a compact case and try to cram an oversized, brute-force cooler inside. There are hsfs with a bit more finesse and won't take up half of the space that the U120X does...
