It is a step in the right direction. When it becomes less and less of a big deal to see the naked body, there will be less objectification of it. These women are on the front lines of a battle.
Lol. I love how everything is a "battle" to someone. The right to show tits in public is now a "war". Being forced to *gasp* wear underwear in public is apparently a form of caustic, oppressive violence.

I'd also like to point out that there is TONS of female objectification in Europe, even in nations with much looser public nudity laws. Which makes sense, because last I checked male lust wasn't limited by increased exposure. (otherwise we'd all get sick of watching porn).
I'm sorry, but as far as causes go, this one is way too mild to be considered a "battle", or even a "skirmish". This is a bunch of would-be rebels who feel their energy is best sent crusading for public boobies over every other cause they could be participating in.
Don't get me wrong I'm all for public tits, but in terms of causes you have to admit we're talking small potatoes here.
