NY Teen Makes Over 100 Grand selling "White iPhone 4" Conversion Kit

He made $40-50 grand, $130 is his revenue

And also, its something like $150 to get the kit + shipping

also whats the big fucking deal with having a white phone? it it just stupid apple sheep being stupider apple sheep?

lol at "blurry photo to obscure his identity"

you think The Observer is fucking with him?

😀

What makes this even more hilarious was that he supplied it blurry that way. Like that's really obscuring his identity, ha ha. Might as well just put on a fake stache and glasses.

these are the same fools that stood outside for hours/days when the new model is released so they get to pay full retail.

Just goes to show that people who own the iPhone actually have money. Android owners are poor nerds. Everyone knows this.

So wait... he's buying these directly from one of apples suppliers?

Sounds illegal, but anything to stick it to apple is ok by me.

they may not have to sue him if he's selling stolen parts, the feds will come down on him like a ton of bricks.

He was purchasing them strait from Foxconn, if anyone is in trouble its them.

This shows whats wrong with the media. Yahoo article is full of fail and doesn't even have half the facts - causing you guys to just start making shit up

hes gonna need that money when apple sues him
Yes he is...

There is no possible way this is legal. (at the minimum, Foxconn will get sued)
The parts are actual Apple branded parts.
At first I thought it was imitation parts, which would be legal.

I doubt Foxconn was ever authorized to sell them, which would probably make them considered stolen goods.
