these are the same fools that stood outside for hours/days when the new model is released so they get to pay full retail.

Yes he is...

There is no possible way this is legal. (at the minimum, Foxconn will get sued)
The parts are actual Apple branded parts.
At first I thought it was imitation parts, which would be legal.

I doubt Foxconn was ever authorized to sell them, which would probably make them considered stolen goods.
