Kind of how Obama should be removed from office for not defending DOMA or Rosa Parks should have gone to the back of the bus, right?

I'm a law and order kind of guy, but laws that are immoral or obviously against the public interest should not be slavishly followed simply because they are laws. If the sixties taught us anything, let it be that.

Oh, and laughing my ass off at the Journal News hiring armed guards. Evidently waiting for the cops isn't a good idea when it's them who feel threatened. Frak this about boycotting them until they remove the information though; a newspaper actively campaigning to remove one of our rights specifically enumerated in the Bill of Rights needs to be driven out of business, period.
